Prep Instructions
InstaMash Preparation
- Measure 1 gallon (3.79 L) of hot water (160 – 180°F) into a 4″ x ½ size steam table pan.
- While adding entire pouch of potatoes, gently blend mix with spoon or wire whip. DO NOT WHIP.
- Place on steam table, heat to serving temperature and serve.
Note: For creamier mashed potatoes add more hot water.
