Ham, Egg and Cheese Hash Brown Casserole
Serves: 12 - ½ cup servings
 
Ingredients
  • 5 cups Idahoan® Hash Browns, prepared
  • 1½ cups ham or Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 1 dozen eggs, beaten
  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Bake in a greased 2” – ½ hotel pan at 350°F in a convection oven for 35 minutes, covered.
  2. Remove the foil from the pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

 

Large Portion
