Ingredients
  • 1 carton rehydrated Idahoan® SHREDS Fresh Cut Hash Browns with Seasoning
  • 1 qt vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 4 cups ¼ inch diced apples
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and spread in a full hotel pan.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
