Ingredients
  • 1 pouch (28 ounces) Idahoan® RUSTIC Russets Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 gallon hot water (water should be between 190-200°F)
  • 13½ pounds Hormel® Fire Braised Pork Loin (Prepare and cut into 3 oz. slices)
  • 3 pounds spring mix
  • 6 pounds caramelized apples
Instructions
  1. Measure 1 gallon of hot, not boiling, water into a large bowl.
  2. Add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using a wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes. Let stand 1 minute until the potatoes are fully hydrated.
  3. Prepare the plate with mashed potatoes, along with Hormel® Fire Braised? Pork Loin, topped with caramelized apples and served with a side salad.
