Idahoan® Tater Tumblers® Unseasoned Mix is infused with a tantalizing blend of Tajín® Clásico Seasoning and Hidden Valley® BLASTED™ Ranch Seasoning before being combined with a hearty Southwest corn blend and crumbled queso fresco. Ingredients
  • 1 bag (31.2 ounces) Idahoan® Tater Tumblers® Unseasoned Mix
  • 2 quarts hot water, 180°F
  • 2 ounces Tajín® Clásico Seasoning Reduced Sodium
  • 2 tblsp Hidden Valley® BLASTED™ Ranch Seasoning
  • 12 ounces Southwest corn blend, a frozen blend with corn, black beans, peppers, and onion
  • 4 ounces cut corn, frozen
  • 10 ounces queso fresco, crumbled
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tblsp Hidden Valley® BLASTED™ Ranch Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Place the 2-quarts of hot water (180°F) along with the Tajín® seasoning and Hidden Valley® seasoning in a large bowl. Add the Idahoan® Tater Tumblers® Unseasoned Mix to the bowl and ensure full hydration. Allow to refresh for 10 minutes.
  2. Once fully refreshed, fold the Southwest corn blend, the cut corn (frozen is ok to add), and the queso fresco. Mix well until fully combined. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. While the Tater Tumblers® mix is resting, mix together the mayonnaise and remaining 1-tablespoon of Hidden Valley® seasoning to form the dipping sauce.
  4. Scoop the Tater Tumblers® mix using a #60 scoop and fry at 375°F until golden brown.
  5. Serve 5 pieces per order with a drizzle of the dipping sauce.
