Measure 1 gallon (3.79 L) of hot water (160 – 180°F) into a 4″ x ½ size steam table pan.

While adding entire pouch of potatoes, gently blend mix with spoon or wire whip. DO NOT WHIP.

Place on steam table, heat to serving temperature and serve.
Note: For creamier mashed potatoes add more hot water.
