Hash Brown Potato Salad
Serves: 4
  • 2 cups Idahoan® SHREDS Fresh Cut Hash Browns with Seasoning, refreshed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients till fully incorporated.
  2. Place in refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Serve cold. Add diced red pimentos as garnish.
