Ingredients
  • 1 pouch (20.35 ounces) Idahoan® SLICES Scalloped Potatoes
  • 2½ quarts boiling water
  • 2 ounces butter or margarine
  • 5¼ pounds glazed ham steaks
  • 5 pounds fresh green beans (Sautéed and served in 4 oz. portions)
Instructions
  1. Pour pouch contents into a 2" half pan.
  2. Add the boiling water and butter, stir with a whip to incorporate.
  3. Bake in a convection oven at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. (If using a conventional oven bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  4. Prepare the plate using Idahoan® SLICES Scalloped Potatoes as the star of the plate, place the ham and freshly prepared green beans alongside.
