Ingredients
- 1 pouch (29.5 oz) Idahoan® Honest Earth® CREAMY Buttery Homestyle® Mashed Potatoes with extra Butter & Milk
- 1 gallon of hot water
- 1 gallon of country gravy
- 6.5 pounds of cooked sausage crumbles
- 1 ounce of Tajin
- 1 pound of chopped scallions
- 36 prepared biscuits
Instructions
- Place the hot water into a bowl and add the potatoes while whisking. Allow to refresh for 1 minute and then fluff the potatoes.
- For assembly, place the mashed potatoes into a bowl, top with three ounces of the country gravy, on top of the gravy, place 3 ounces of the sausage crumbles.
- Place a biscuit to one side of the bowl and finish with a sprinkling of Tajin and scallions.
