Bacon, Egg and Cheese Hash Brown Casserole
Serves: 13 - ½ cup servings
Ingredients
- 5 cups Idahoan® Hash Browns, prepared
- 1 cup turkey bacon pieces, fried
- 1 dozen eggs, beaten
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Bake in a greased 2” – ½ hotel pan at 350°F in a convection oven for 35 minutes, covered.
- Remove the foil from the pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
