- 1 pouch Idahoan® RUSTIC Baby Reds® Mashed Potatoes, prepared
- 2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 cup diced bacon
- 1 cup chopped chives
- Prepare Idahoan® RUSTIC Baby Reds® Mashed Potatoes according to package directions.
- Once they are completely rehydrated add crumbled blue cheese, diced bacon, and chives.
- Stir thoroughly.
