Bacon, Egg and Cheese Hash Brown Casserole
Serves: 72 - ½ cup servings
 
Ingredients
  • 1 carton Idahoan® SHREDS Fresh Cut Hash Browns with Seasoning, prepared
  • 5 cups turkey bacon pieces, fried
  • 5 dozen eggs, beaten
  • 7 to 8 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Bake in a greased 2” – ½ hotel pan at 350°F in a convection oven for 35 minutes, covered.
  2. Remove the foil from the pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
