Broccoli and Cheese Hash Browns
Serves: 72 - ½ cup servings
 
Ingredients
  • 1 carton Idahoan® SHREDS Fresh Cut Hash Browns with Seasoning, prepared
  • 10 cups broccoli, small pieces
  • 5 cups white onion, small diced
  • 10 to 12 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Bake in a greased 2” – ½ hotel pan at 350°F in a convection oven for 25 minutes, covered.
  2. Remove the foil from the pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
