Tomato & Corn Hash Browns - Large Portion

Ingredients
  • 1 carton Idahoan Hash Browns, prepared
  • 10 – 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes, untrained
  • 5 cups white onion, small diced
  • 10 cups corn kernels
Instructions
  1. Bake in a greased 2” – ½ hotel pan at 350°F in a convection oven for 25 minutes, covered.
  2. Remove the foil from the pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
