Tomato & Corn Hash Browns - Large Portion
Serves: 72 - ½ cup servings
- 1 carton Idahoan® SHREDS Fresh Cut Hash Browns with Seasoning, prepared
- 10 – 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes, untrained
- 5 cups white onion, small diced
- 10 cups corn kernels
- Bake in a greased 2” – ½ hotel pan at 350°F in a convection oven for 25 minutes, covered.
- Remove the foil from the pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
