Tomato & Corn Hash Browns
Serves: 14 - ½ cup servings
- 5 cups Idahoan® SHREDS Fresh Cut Hash Browns with Seasoning, prepared
- 2 – 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup white onion, small diced
- 2 cups corn kernels
- Bake in a greased 2” – ½ hotel pan at 350°F in a convection oven for 25 minutes, covered.
- Remove the foil from the pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
