Tomato & Corn Hash Browns
Serves: 14 - ½ cup servings
 
Ingredients
  • 5 cups Idahoan® Hash Browns, prepared
  • 2 – 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup white onion, small diced
  • 2 cups corn kernels
Instructions
  1. Bake in a greased 2” – ½ hotel pan at 350°F in a convection oven for 25 minutes, covered.
  2. Remove the foil from the pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
