Gluten Free Fried Fish
- 2 oz Idahoan® CREAMY Classic Mashed Potatoes
- 2 - 6 oz cod filets
- 2 oz corn starch
- 1 egg, beaten
- Coat each fish filet in the corn starch, egg and then Idahoan® CREAMY Classic Mashed Potatoes.
- Fry in 350°F oil for 7 minutes.
- Dry on paper towels and serve.
