Gluten Free Fried Fish
Serves: 2 servings
 
Ingredients
  • 2 oz Idahoan Real Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 - 6 oz cod filets
  • 2 oz potato starch
  • 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
  1. Coat each fish filet in the potato starch, egg and then Idahoan Real Mashed Potatoes.
  2. Fry in 350°F oil for 7 minutes.
  3. Dry on paper towels and serve.
