Measure 1 gallon of hot, not boiling, chicken stock into a large bowl.
Add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using a wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes. Let stand 1 minute until the potatoes are fully hydrated. Hold for Service
Rub the chicken pieces with the SupHerb Farms® Citrus Garlic Herb (Mojo) Paste and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour or longer for best flavor.
Bake the chicken at 350 F until proper internal temp is reached.
For assembly, place the mashed potatoes onto plate and serve with 2 pieces of the chicken, accompanied by the green beans.
