Glazed Ham & Green Beans with Scalloped Potatoes

- 1 pouch (20.35 ounces) Idahoan® SLICES Scalloped Potatoes
- 2½ quarts boiling water
- 2 ounces butter or margarine
- 5¼ pounds glazed ham steaks
- 5 pounds fresh green beans (Sautéed and served in 4 oz. portions)
- Pour pouch contents into a 2" half pan.
- Add the boiling water and butter, stir with a whip to incorporate.
- Bake in a convection oven at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. (If using a conventional oven bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
- Prepare the plate using Idahoan® SLICES Scalloped Potatoes as the star of the plate, place the ham and freshly prepared green beans alongside.
