Steak & Potatoes with Corn

Ingredients
  • 1 pouch (32.85 ounces) Idahoan® RUSTIC Buttery Golden Selects® Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 gallon hot water (190-200°F)
  • 36 each sirloin steak (Prepared to the customer's request)
  • 36 servings corn on the cob
Instructions
  1. Measure 1 gallon of hot, not boiling, water into a large bowl.
  2. Add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using a wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes. Let stand 1 minute until the potatoes are fully hydrated.
  3. Serve along side your freshly grilled steak and corn on the cob.
