Bangers and Mash

Ingredients
  • 1 pouch (32 ounces) Idahoan® CREAMY Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 gallon hot water (Water should be between 190-200°F)
  • 18 pounds Mulay's® British Banger
  • 7 pounds petit green peas (Sauteé the peas in fresh butter)
  • ½ gallon onion gravy
Instructions
  1. Measure 1 gallon of hot, not boiling, water into a large bowl.
  2. Add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using a wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes. Let stand 1 minute until the potatoes are fully hydrated.
  3. Prepare the plate with 4 oz. of mashed potatoes, 2 Mulay's® British Banger topped with onion gravy and top with peas.
