Hash Brown Poke Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 carton (1.25 pounds) Honest Earth® Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes
  • 1½ quarts hot water (190°F or above for fast hydration)
  • ½ quart rice vinegar (seasoned) (added to the hot water for uniform hydration of flavor)
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce (added to the hot water and vinegar)
  • ¼ cup sesame oil (added to hot water mixture)
  • 3 sheets seaweed (shredded)
Instructions
  1. In a 2-quart measure, combine all the liquids. Pour the liquids into the Hash Brown carton and allow to refresh for 15 minutes.
  2. Once the shreds are refreshed, drain any residual liquid and allow to cool, then add the shredded seaweed and build the Poke bowl as desired.
