Hash Brown Poke Bowl

- 1 carton (1.25 pounds) Honest Earth® Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes
- 1½ quarts hot water (190°F or above for fast hydration)
- ½ quart rice vinegar (seasoned) (added to the hot water for uniform hydration of flavor)
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce (added to the hot water and vinegar)
- ¼ cup sesame oil (added to hot water mixture)
- 3 sheets seaweed (shredded)
- In a 2-quart measure, combine all the liquids. Pour the liquids into the Hash Brown carton and allow to refresh for 15 minutes.
- Once the shreds are refreshed, drain any residual liquid and allow to cool, then add the shredded seaweed and build the Poke bowl as desired.
