Potato Waffles
Serves: 20 servings
  • 15 oz Idahoan® Fresh Cut Hash Browns (Item #00808), refreshed
  • 4 eggs, large
  • 13 oz sour cream
  • 2 oz all-purpose flour
  • Juice of one lemon
  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Mix well.
  2. Using a waffle iron, place ½ cup of mix onto the iron and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Serve with fresh microgreens.
