Idahoan® Early Riser Breakfast Cup

Ingredients
  • 1 each Idahoan® Buttery Homestyle® Mashed Potatoes, 1.5 oz. Cup
  • 2 each precooked Sausage Patties, heated
  • 2 each whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp pepperjack cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Prepare the mashed potato cup by filling it with hot water to line on the cup, stirring constantly until combined.
  2. In a skillet, scramble your eggs and the broken up sausage patty until fully heated. Top the mashed potatoes with eggs and sausage, and finish with the cheese.
  3. Enjoy!
