Idahoan® Early Riser Breakfast Cup
- 1 each Idahoan® Buttery Homestyle® Mashed Potatoes, 1.5 oz. Cup
- 2 each precooked Sausage Patties, heated
- 2 each whole eggs
- 2 tbsp pepperjack cheese, shredded
- Prepare the mashed potato cup by filling it with hot water to line on the cup, stirring constantly until combined.
- In a skillet, scramble your eggs and the broken up sausage patty until fully heated. Top the mashed potatoes with eggs and sausage, and finish with the cheese.
