Idahoan® Four Cheese BBQ Cup
- 1 each Idahoan® Four Cheese Mashed Potatoes, 1.5 oz. Cup
- ¼ cup barbecue pork, purchased prepared
- 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp white onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp dill pickles, sliced
- 1 slice white bread
- Prepare the mashed potato cup by filling it with hot water to line on the cup, stirring constantly until combined.
- Heat the barbecue pork as directed.
- Once mixed, top the mashed potatoes with the barbecue pork, cheese, onion, and pickles.
- Enjoy with a slice of American white bread.
