Idahoan® Four Cheese BBQ Cup

Ingredients
  • 1 each Idahoan® Four Cheese Mashed Potatoes, 1.5 oz. Cup
  • ¼ cup barbecue pork, purchased prepared
  • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp white onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 slice white bread
Instructions
  1. Prepare the mashed potato cup by filling it with hot water to line on the cup, stirring constantly until combined.
  2. Heat the barbecue pork as directed.
  3. Once mixed, top the mashed potatoes with the barbecue pork, cheese, onion, and pickles.
  4. Enjoy with a slice of American white bread.
