Idahoan® Hidden Valley® BLASTED™ Ranch Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 bag (20.35 oz) Idahoan® SLICES Au Gratin Casserole
  • 1.5 quarts boiling water
  • 1 quart whole milk, combined with the water and brought to a boil
  • 0.75 cup Hidden Valley® BLASTED™ Ranch Seasoning, add to the hot liquid
  • 1 pound HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Premium Applewood Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 ounces butter (unsalted),optional for richness
Instructions
  1. Using a 2-inch half pan that has been sprayed with pan release, add the contents of the casserole pouch.
  2. Bring the water and milk to a boil. Add the Hidden Valley® BLASTED™ Ranch Seasoning. Add butter for richness, if desired.
  3. Place the chopped bacon atop the potatoes and pour the hot liquid into the pan. Gently stir.
  4. Place into a preheated oven. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350°F convection oven or 40 minutes in a 400°F non fan oven.
