Veggie Hash

Ingredients
  • 1 carton (1.25 pounds) Honest Earth® Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes
  • 1¾ quarts hot water
  • ¼ quart hot honey
  • 1 pound broccoli florets (blanched)
  • 1 pound carrots (julienned)
  • 1 pound zucchini (julienned)
  • 1 pound butternut squash (cubed and blanched)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Measure the water and hot honey. Pour over the Honest Earth® Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes in the carton. Close the carton and allow to refresh overnight in the cooler.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil on a 375°F griddle. Add the vegetables and heat through.
  3. Add the hash browns to the vegetable mixture on the grill and sauté until the potatoes are golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
