Cobb Salad
- 1 bag (32.9 ounces) Idahoan® SHREDS Tater Tumblers® Original Mix with Spices
- 2 quarts hot water (Max 190°F)
- 3 pounds romaine lettuce (Chopped)
- 1½ pounds hard-boiled eggs (Chopped)
- 1½ pounds tomatoes (Diced)
- 1½ pounds chicken (Diced)
- 1½ pounds blue cheese crumbles
- 1½ pounds avocado (Diced)
- Place the hot water into a large bowl and mix in the Tater Tumblers®, ensuring there are no dry areas. Cover and allow the mix to refresh for 10 minutes. Once refreshed, use a #60 scoop to scoop the mixture and slightly roll in hands. Deep fry at 375°F until golden. Hold for assembly.
- To assemble, place 5-ounces of the romaine lettuce into a bowl. In uniform lines, place 2.5-ounces each of the hard-boiled eggs, diced tomatoes, diced chicken, avocado, and blue cheese crumbles, along with a row of 12 fried Tater Tumblers®.
- Serve with dressing of customer's choice.
