Fajita Bowl
- 1 carton (1.25 pounds) Honest Earth® Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes with a Hint of Sea Salt & Pepper (Refreshed according to directions on package)
- 1½ quarts hot water
- 1 ounce low-sodium taco seasoning
- 3¾ pounds prepared chicken fajita meat (Sautéed and held for assembly)
- 1¾ pounds bell peppers (Sliced, sautéed, and held for assembly)
- 1¾ pounds onion (Sliced, sautéed, and held for assembly)
- To refresh the Honest Earth® Hash Brown Shredded Potatoes, add the taco seasoning to the water before adding it to the carton or container. This will allow for full-flavor hydration.
- Once the shreds are fully refreshed, place them into a hotel pan and cover. Place onto your steam table for service and assembly.
- To assemble, place 4-ounces of the shredded potatoes into a bowl. Top with 3-ounces of meat and 1-ounce of each of the sautéed vegetables.
