Mashed Potato & Salad Bowl
- 1 pouch (13 ounces) Idahoan® CREAMY Classic Mashed Potatoes
- 1 gallon hot water (190°F)
- 2 pounds spring salad mix
- ¾ pound shredded carrots
- ¾ pound sliced cucumber
- ¾ pound garbanzo beans
- Place 1 gallon of hot water into a bowl. Slowly add the Idahoan® Creamy Classic Mashed Potatoes while whisking, allow the potatoes to fully refresh for 2 minutes, and hold hot for assembly.
- To assemble the bowl, place the salad mix (all cold salad ingredients tossed together) to one side of the bowl, placing 4-ounces of the mashed potato opposite the salad.
- Serve the salad with the dressing of guest's choice.
