Crispy Oven ?Fried? Chips
- 1 bag (5 lbs) Idahoan® SLICES Unseasoned Potatoes
- 3 quarts boiling water
- 12 ounces olive oil
- sea salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- Boil water, add potato slices, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain well before using.
- Allow the potatoes to dry after draining. Lay the potatoes onto a greased sheet pan in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place into a 450°F oven for approximately 20 minutes or until crisp. Serve.
