Roasted Turkey, Gravy, and Cranberry Mashed Potato Cup
- 1 cup (1.5 ounces) Idahoan® Buttery Homestyle® Mashed Potatoes (prepared according to hot water instructions)
- 2 cups boiling water (to fill line)
- 3 ounces roast turkey (pre-prepared)
- 1 ounce turkey gravy (pre-prepared)
- 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
- Remove lid completely. Add boiling water to the fill-line in the cup. Stir thoroughly to moisten the potatoes. Let stand one minute.
- Top with the turkey, gravy and cranberry sauce. Serve.
