Roasted Turkey & Brie Tater Tumblers®

Ingredients
  • 1 bag (32.9 oz) Idahoan® SHREDS Tater Tumblers® Original Mix with Spices
  • 2 quarts hot water (water should not be above 130°F)
  • 4 ounces poultry seasoning
  • 2 pounds pulled roasted turkey meat
  • 1 pound brie cheese (room temperture)
Instructions
  1. Measure 2 quarts of hot water (130°F) into a large bowl. Water should not be boiling.
    Add the poultry seasoning and mix well to incorporate.
  2. Add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using a spoon or wire whip to distribute
    evenly and wet all potatoes. Let stand 10 minutes until the potatoes are fully hydrated.
  3. Once the mix is hydrated, add the pulled roasted turkey and the brie and mix well. The
    brie will break down in the mixture.
  4. Portion using a #60 scoop. Lightly roll, cover, and refrigerate until needed. Hold no
    more than 36 hours.
  5. Fry at 350°F for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
