All of our foodservice products are gluten-free. Most of our products are Kosher/Dairy Kosher regulated by the Orthodox Union (exceptions: Idahoan Au Gratin and Scalloped Potatoes and Tater Tumblers® Original Mix with Spices).
In the dry state, our products will keep for approximately 30 days after opening when held according to specifications and with proper handling.
