Idahoan® Foodservice is delighted to welcome Mark Ellenberger to the team as our Senior Brand Manager in Foodservice Innovation. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mark joins us after spending nearly eight years at Kraft Heinz Away From Home, where he started as an Associate Brand Manager and eventually led the Customer Marketing team.

With an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and prior experience at Bolthouse Farms, Mark brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in managing product portfolios, implementing channel strategies, and driving brand transformation.


Mark is enthusiastic about diving into Idahoan Foodservice’s innovation strategy, enhancing our processes, and developing new ideas to expand our portfolio and deliver value to our partners. We are thrilled to welcome Mark to the Idahoan family!
